  Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
